İlkin Ulu Tok

İlkin Ulu Tok is a Research Intern at The Arctic Institute and contributes to the institute’s flagship weekly publication, The Arctic This Week (TATW), where she is in charge of the “Industry, Development & Infrastructure” section.

İlkin is a MPhil Candidate in Polar Studies at University of Cambridge. Her main areas of interest are Arctic governance and international law, as well as the role of geopolitics and public policy in the Arctic region. She holds a BA from Boğaziçi University in Political Science and International Relations, where she focused on international law.
